1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Unconfutable Motorcycles website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Orders & payments

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment must be completed before delivery. Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or shipping.

3. Test rides & safety

Test rides are offered at our discretion. You must hold a valid motorcycle license and sign a waiver. Safety gear is mandatory — we provide helmets and jackets.

4. Returns & warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. New motorcycles come with a 2-year limited warranty. Used bikes are sold “as-is” with a 30-day mechanical guarantee. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

5. Limitation of liability

Unconfutable Motorcycles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the motorcycle.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
